A press release from the willful ministry regarding the extension

In response to some requests of some PhD students granted abroad related to the extension
of their scholarships due to the closure of some research laboratories during the quarantine
period, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research knows all concerned that all
requests will be evaluated by a national committee of scientific experts with a high level in various
