To celebrate World Entrepreneurship Week in Sidi Bel Abbes in its 2014 edition,
and to involve all components of society at that event, the incubator of Sidi Bel Abbes
introduced the idea of a fresco or any interested person is called to put a personal touch.

This activity lasted all week, across all the demonstration sites was placed under
the direction of a young artist Abdellah Belhimer Muslim and the first brushstroke was made ​​by
Mr. Wali, November 17, the opening day at the library wilaya Mujahid Sheikh KEBBATI,
monitoring all executives who accompanied him.
The final touch was drawn at the closing ceremony on 23 November in the auditorium of the Rector
by the Rector of the University Djillali Liabes.
This fresco will be exhibited at the house of entrepreneurship UDL.
