As part of the ESAGOV project and WP3, co-led by the University of SBA, an online preparatory training dedicated to management personnel took place over 5 consecutive weeks, every Thursday from October 8 to November 5, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. .
The European partners intervened on various themes previously selected in consultation with all the Algerian partners:
Session 1, Thursday October 8, 2020: “How to start and stabilize a governance system based on the quality approach? »Part 1, speaker: University of Rouen-Normandie;
Session 2, Thursday, October 15, 2020: "How to start and stabilize a system of governance based on the quality approach?" »Part 2, speaker: University of Pavia;
Session 3, Thursday October 22, 2020: "Indicators and parameters for the monitoring and evaluation of activities and services related to each strategic area? »Part 1, speaker: University of Paris 1-Sorbonne;
Session 4, Thursday, October 29, 2020: "Indicators and parameters for the control and evaluation of activities and services related to each strategic area? »Part 2, speaker: Ca 'Foscari University of Venice;
Session 5, Thursday November 5, 2020: "Evaluation models in the different strategic areas to be governed, to be implemented in universities with examples of evaluation processes", Speaker: University of Pavia.
Other training cycles, still within the framework of WP3, will be scheduled in order to complete the preparatory training by deepening the themes already addressed and by proposing other avenues for reflection.
