Transfers of students re-registered for the year 2021/2022 (For more details see the faculty websites or contact the tuition services)
a) Timetable:
-Deposit of files at faculty level, from September 12 to 19, 2021,
-Processing of requests by the faculty transfer commissions, from September 21 to 22, 2021,
- Posting of results, September 23, 2021,
- Registration of successful candidates, from September 26 to 30, 2021.
- Introduction of candidates registered in the "progress" platform
b) File to be provided and conditions of acceptability for the study of the transfer request:
-the transfer request forms available (downloadable) on the websites of the faculties, or failing that, can be withdrawn from the tuition offices,
- copy (front and back) of the baccalaureate transcript,
-copies of all registration certificates from previous years,
-copy of the certificate of re-registration for the year 2021/2022 (the certificate must confirm regular registration and not bear any mention such as, for example, "registered for transfer"),
-copies of transcripts from all previous years,
-original of the certificate of non-appearance before the disciplinary council,
- Reason (s) for the transfer (change of residence, transfer of parents).
d) Transfers of international students:
International students must have the prior favorable opinion of the direction of cooperation and inter-university exchanges of MESRS and provide the original of the baccalaureate equivalence and the authorization to register at the University of Sidi Bel abbés .
